Curry Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

cauliflower florets
1 medium cauliflower

curry powder

kosher or sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Place the cauliflower florets on a sheet tray. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower.
In a small bowl, mix the turmeric, smoked paprika, curry powder, and salt together. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the cauliflower.
Put on gloves and massage the cauliflower until it is completely covered with the spices.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Season again with salt to taste.
Notes
- Be careful not to use bare hands when applying the spices, as it may stain your skin.
