Curry Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 5 to 6 cups cauliflower florets 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp kosher or sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Place the cauliflower florets on a sheet tray. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower.
  • In a small bowl, mix the turmeric, smoked paprika, curry powder, and salt together. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the cauliflower.
  • Put on gloves and massage the cauliflower until it is completely covered with the spices.
  • Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Season again with salt to taste.

Notes

- Be careful not to use bare hands when applying the spices, as it may stain your skin.
