Roasted Garlic & Cream Cheese stuffed Jalapeños – 3 ingredients
Fresh Jalapeños + Roasted Garlic + Cream Cheese + That is all you need to make this appetizer.. You could of course wrap them in bacon (see the last image in post) if you are a meat lover but I promise these are fantastic just on their own.
I would recommend wearing plastic gloves while removing the seeds.. or at least wash your hands really well afterwards and don’t touch your face or it will start burning. Just in case you were wondering.. NO the cream cheese doesn’t melt out of the Jalapeños. I used regular full fat cream cheese.. I haven’t tried this with a low fat or fat free versions..
